An absolute white, held to the very last detail. Hundreds of white roses, snapdragons, hydrangeas and lisianthus at the entrance, then a line of small vases running the full length of the lunch table, all the way to the view over the bay. Elsewhere, just a few stems in a wall niche or by the pool, with a little olive branch to echo the landscape. Restraint was the point: supporting a beauty house without adding anything superfluous to already gilded rooms.
