Floral budget & investment

Every wedding is different, and so is every floral budget. It depends on the venue and its volumes, the number of guests and tables, the spaces to be dressed, the season and the style you have in mind. A generous arch in June calls for neither the same flowers nor the same hours of work as a ceremony setting in October. A floral quote is not simply the price of flowers. It covers the design, the sourcing from our growers, the studio hours, the structures and vessels, transport, installation on site and removal afterwards. During our first conversation, we set a realistic budget together, then prioritise what will have the greatest impact: the ceremony setting, the top table, the centrepieces, the places your guests will actually walk through. Three strong moments are worth more than ten diluted ones. We work mainly with seasonal flowers grown close by, which serves both the quality and the budget. A minimum order may apply depending on the date and location of your event. A deposit secures your date.
Where we work

Where we work

We are florists in Provence, with two studio shops, in Callian in the pays de Fayence and in Le Cannet des Maures, in the heart of the Var. Every installation leaves from there. We work mainly across the Var, from Saint-Tropez to Draguignan by way of Les Arcs and the pays de Fayence, in the Alpes-Maritimes, in Nice, Cannes, Mougins and Monaco, as well as in the Luberon and along the whole French Riviera. Wine estates, bastides, Provençal mas, private villas and reception venues: we know the constraints particular to each kind of place, the late afternoon wind on an exposed terrace, the heat on a mid afternoon ceremony, the setting up slots imposed by an estate. That knowledge of the ground is often the difference between a scheme that holds until the end of the evening and one that tires before dessert. For certain projects, travel to other regions or abroad can be considered on request. We then look at logistics, local sourcing and the team required before putting a quote together.

FAQ

How much does wedding floral design cost?

The budget depends on the season, the varieties chosen, the artistic direction and the number of guests. We discuss it during a first conversation, by phone or video call, then we send you a detailed quote, item by item. For a complete wedding, from the bridal party to the reception, our services start at €2,000.

When should we get in touch for our wedding?

Ideally 8 to 12 months before your date, especially for peak season (May to September). Feel free to reach out earlier if you already have your venue booked.

Do you work on small weddings or elopements?

Yes, I love intimate celebrations. Depending on your date and venue, a tailored offer for smaller guest counts can be created.

Do you work with wedding planners and venues?

Yes, regularly. We work with several wedding planners in the region and are listed with a number of estates and châteaux. You will find a selection of them in our address book.

Do you work with international couples?

Yes, regularly. We can follow your project in English from the first call through to the wedding day itself, and many of the weddings we create are planned remotely from abroad.

Do you only work with local and seasonal flowers?

I prioritise local and seasonal flowers whenever possible, working closely with growers in the region. Some specific varieties may require complementary sourcing.

Do you travel to Saint-Tropez, the Luberon or the Alpes-Maritimes?

Yes. We work in the Var, the Alpes-Maritimes, the Luberon and across the French Riviera, from Saint-Tropez to Menton. For a project further afield, do tell us about it: we consider every request.

What happens if it rains, or if the date is postponed?

Rain is not a reason to cancel: flowers cope with it very well. If you need to postpone, it depends on when you tell us. Early enough, we look at moving the work to your new date if our diary allows, or at issuing a credit note. If the flowers have already been ordered and the arrangements prepared, different terms apply: they are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Can we keep the flowers after the reception?

Yes, the flowers are yours. You can take everything home, apart from the rented items: vases, containers and stands. Just let us know beforehand if you would like to keep the arrangements while leaving the takedown to us, so that we can plan the collection accordingly.

Is a deposit required? What is the cancellation policy?

Yes. Paying the deposit is what secures your date: until we receive it, the booking is not confirmed. Cancellation cases and their terms are set out in our terms and conditions of sale. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the specific situations provided for in the contract.

Do you rent out the vases, arches and stands?

Yes. Renting the containers, the stands and the arches is included in the service, as is collecting them after the reception.
